These soba noodles from Kajino are made from 100% buckwheat, making them totally gluten-free. In addition, this soba blends regular buckwheat flour with Tartary buckwheat flour, making it even more nutrient-rich.

Japanese soba noodles are often the noodle of choice for those who don't eat gluten, unfortunately some soba noodles blend buckwheat flour with wheat flour, resulting in a noodle that is not gluten free. These noodles, however, are made only with buckwheat flour, so you can rest-assured that they are totally gluten free.

Instructions

Boil plenty of water in a pot. Add your noodles, and keep boiling for 6 minutes, turn off the heat and sit for 2 minutes with the lid on, before washing with plenty of cold water.
