Hikari Miso Low Sodium Instant Miso Soup Assortment 10 Packets

Hikari Miso is a Japanese food company specialized in producing miso products. This is an assortment of instant miso soups with 25% less salt content than standard miso soups.

The miso paste contains koji (malted rice) which makes the flavor of miso mellower and sweeter with a lighter aftertaste. Miso is made with organic soybean, Japanese rice, and solar salt without any chemical condiments.

This product contains four different garnishes: wakame, tofu, pak-choi, and green onion.

Instructions

Open the miso and garnish packages, transfer these into a bowl, and pour 160ml≒5.4 us fl oz of hot water. Stir well and it is ready to eat.
