Ajinomoto Gara Soup Stock is made of high-quality chicken, vegetables, spices, and rock salt.

This Japanese seasoning has a clear and light texture yet it has lots of flavor.

Very versatile, it can be used for many dishes such as nabe, ramen, gyoza, yakimeshi and other stir-fried dishes.

Instructions

You can use gara stock to enhance or add taste to various dishes by just adding the powder directly into the pan or pot.

Chicken broth (for 2 people / 300ml of soup) → 2 teaspoons

Stir-fried vegetables (for 2 people / 400g of vegetables) → 3 teaspoons

Fried rice (for 2 people / 2 cups of rice) → 3 teaspoons
